The Ballet Company is the branch of Wildwood Ballet that focuses on outreach in Our Community. We perform throughout the year at many different venues including Tallahassee’s Festival of Lights, Wildwood Church, and some of Tallahassee’s retirement and assisted living homes. We encourage the company dancers to glorify the Lord and share the gospel through performances held.
Wildwood Ballet has been offering classes for 3-8 year olds since 1997. In 2002 we began offering classes for 3 year olds up to adults. Classes offered include Jazz, Tap, Lyrical Jazz, Modern, Combination Classes, andBallet from Pre-Ballet through advanced level Ballet & Pointe.
Wildwood Ballet was founded by Robin Stuyverson who has taught for the last 25 years at numerous dance studios and schools in Tallahassee including: First Baptist Church Pre-School, Community Christian School, Dancers Image Studio, and Sharon Davis School of Dance. Robin has also served on the Board of Directors of the Tallahassee Ballet and is currently serving on the Friends of Dance Board for FSU Department of Dance.
