At Wildwood we endeavor to connect and serve our community, with the hope of glorifying God and bringing His message to lost people. However, we know that Wildwood can not reach our community alone. We want to do our part in expanding God’s Kingdom in our community but we also desire to strategically support partner ministries that share a similar vision. As a result, we financially and prayerfully support several ministries which are listed below.

ADOPT-A-PARTNER: 

The Connect & Serve Our Partners ministry team is developing an effort to better support our Partners called the “Adopt-A-Partner” initiative. Through this initiative, we are encouraging our small groups to reach out to our Partners and find ways to serve alongside them in bringing the gospel to our community. We are praying that our small groups will connect with one of our partners and serve them from time to time as a group.

                                            

Who are our partners, and how can we serve them?

We’re glad you asked. Check out the list below, including an idea or two as to how you might serve them in specific ways. Each partner includes a link to their home page where you can learn more about them.

1. A Women’s Pregnancy Center: Pray; yard work; train as a counselor; attend the Walk for Life or Celebration of Life Banquet
2. Lighthouse Children’s Home: Pray; organize their food pantry; or adopt a student
3. Frenchtown Breakfast in the Park Pray; serve breakfast on Saturday mornings.
4. Habitat for Humanity – Pray; help build a home for a local family
5. Hope House Rescue Mission – Pray; need a new roof and always in need of fresh donated meat
